Congratulations to this year's HTT Members' Award Winners

At the HTT Members' Event earlier today we were delighted to announce our award winners for this year: Home Energy Scotland - Energy Saving Trust as Member of the Year and the Housing Management Team at Paragon Housing Association as Team of the Year.

Home Energy Scotland - Energy Saving Trust have fully adopted the ethos of inclusivity and have designed their call centre to include the needs of callers when English is not their first language. They have been an enthusiastic champion and advocate for HTT and are the first member organisation to extend their membership to cover the whole of the UK, thereby widening their reach to those in most need of energy advice and support.

Paragon's Housing Management Team has implemented new initiatives and used funding resources in response to the arrival of Afghan and Ukrainian refugees. They have used the HTT tools to help new tenants understand their options, tenancy conditions and other services offered by the Association, and been involved in Paragon's 'Warm Welcome Home Project', where tenants are provided with practical help to deal with the cost of living crisis, aimed at reaching under represented groups, including refugees and people who need language support.
